Implementasi Konsep Religius (Diniyah) dan Jujur Dalam Perdagangan


Abstract
Honesty is a milestone in civilized society. Honesty means what a person says according to his conscience. Honest can also be defined as someone who is clean in heart from actions prohibited by religion and law. In Islam, honesty is a fundamental requirement in doing business activities, being honest is not only when explaining goods / products to be sold, but begins with good intentions, and then implemented in the form of religious marketing (dinniyah) and promotion that reflects truth, justice and honesty with the community, does not contain elements of trickery that will cause harm to buyers, and will also be bad for sellers. Trade or sale and purchase transactions must be based on honesty, this honesty applies comprehensively and not partially, starting from the intention to worship Allah, carrying out a marketing process with a promotion that is not misleading until an agreement on the sale and purchase is reached so that the process of delivering goods occurs.

Abstrak
Kejujuran merupakan tonggak dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang beradab. Kejujuran berarti apa yang dikatakan seseorang itu sesuai dengan hati nuraninya. Jujur dapat pula diartikan seseorang yang bersih hatinya dari perbuatan-perbuatan yang dilarang oleh agama dan hukum. Dalam Islam kejujuran merupakan syarat fundamental dalam kegiatan berbisnis, Jujur tidak hanya pada saat menjelaskan barang/produk yang akan dijual , namun diawali dengan niat yang baik, dan selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pemasaran/marketing yang religious (dinniyah) dan Promosi yang merefleksikan kebenaran, keadilan dan kejujuran kepada masyarakat, tidak mengandung unsur tipu muslihat yang akan menimbulkan kerugian kepada pembeli, dan juga akan berdampak buruk bagi penjual. perdagangan atau transaksi jual beli harus dilandasi kejujuran, kejujuran ini berlaku secara komprehensife tidak partial, dimulai dari niat untuk beribadah kepada Allah, melakukan proses pemasaran dengan promosi yang tidak menyesatkan sampai saat kesepakatan atas jual beli tercapai sehingga proses penyerahan barang terjadi.
